REAl ESTATE AGENT
An artist with a lifelong passion for real estate and architecture, Michelle has worked for several years in Los Angeles as a real estate agent. Born and raised in the Southwest, Michelle has a B.A. in Photography and a minor in Communications from The University of Arizona. Her background as a studio artist infuses her understanding of residential real estate, allowing her to help her clients visualize a space that best suits their needs, even when they cannot. Moreover, Michelle has a broad knowledge of historical and contemporary architecture and Los Angeles neighborhoods, having sold homes all over the city, from Los Feliz to Venice.
Michelle grew up around the business of real estate and design. Her father is a long-time commercial investor and her mother also worked as a real estate broker and interior designer. This exposure to real estate from a young age shaped her understanding and love of the industry. In addition, her husband, Brandon Richman, works as a mortgage broker, further immersing her in the world of real estate. Michelle and Brandon live with their young daughters, Chandler and Joni, and mini labradoodle, Nellie, in an historical home in Beverly Grove. Creative, organized, and energetic, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle, and loves photography, hiking, yoga, and, of course, spending time with her girls.
