PART-TIME RETAIL ASSOCIATE

+COOP is expanding our team! We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Associate. This individual will be responsible for delivering an optimal customer experience, keeping the environment organized and inspiring, and so much more. 

Saturdays required, flexible weekday hours available.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

  • Respond to customer inquiries with detailed product knowledge and enthusiasm.

  • Operate the POS system (Shopify) accurately to process transactions and handle returns.

  • Inform customers about current promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support store operations.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction and team success.

  • Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and writing.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in merchandising and photography is a plus.
