Our Favorite Los Angeles Restaurants Turned Marketplaces

Curated and written by Alex Webb, Real Estate Assistant

Times are crazy, and with so much going on in the world, it can be hard to get all of our essentials without knowing where to look. Fortunately, so many restaurants are doing all they can to offer supplies and give back in inspiring ways. Below is a list of some of our favorite Los Angeles restaurants offering up their gourmet goods to make our time at home a little more savory.

Los Angeles restaurants with curbside pick-up/delivery of fresh food, groceries and more:

L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele is now selling groceries including meat and fish, date night meal kits, and make your own pasta kits.

Zinque is offering groceries, in addition to their full menu to-go. Shop for fresh organic eggs, ripe avocados, dried pasta, a bottle of wine (all bottles 50% off), and more.

Gwen has pantry staples, prepared meals, prime butcher cuts, fresh produce, eggs & dairy, beer & wine for sale. Subscribe to their newsletter for a daily morning email with items available for grocery delivery or curbside pick-up.

Wood Silverlake launched their Bodega where you can stock up on pantry items, fruits, essential and pizza needs. They also have lightly-baked pizzas so you can enjoy them later. Wine & beer to go is 50% off.

Homestate’s Hollywood General Store is selling margaritas by the bottle and half gallon! You can also find their other staple cocktails, beer and wine, in addition to enchiladas and a selection of ready-to-eat items.

Tendergreens is offering pre-packed grocery boxes available for pickup at all of their CA locations. You can choose from their Fruit Box, Veggie Box, Farm Fresh Box, or Pantry Box.

Looking for more? Here is a spreadsheet that has been circulating in our network to help direct people to restaurants in their respective areas that are now serving as general stores.

One of Jenna’s favorite restaurants, Bibi’s Bakery & Cafe, is offering a Make at Home Pizza Kit, with pizza dough, cheese, and sauce (either one large or 4 individuals) for $15. You can pick it up from the restaurant, or if you need, they can deliver. You can order from their full menu as well. Jenna and her neighbors have group ordered from them 3 weeks in a row! Every Tuesday they look forward to family pizza night — this week’s toppings were kale and sausage. Consider starting a spreadsheet and inviting your neighbors to join!

As for me, I’ve been eating Le Petit Greek’s lemon potatoes since before I could walk. They are the first food I can remember truly loving. If you’ve been you know, or if you haven't yet, you should order some right now!

For restaurant employees:
