WHEW! WHAT A YEAR it was.
Every year, we are blown away by our incredible cast of clients and the remarkable homes we find ourselves so lucky to represent. 2023 was no exception, and we are so thankful to our clients who trust us to help make these gems sparkle.

THE CONTENDERS
1. LOS FELIZ HILLS
Private and gated, this 1920’s Los Feliz Spanish masterpiece had been immaculately restored, cementing it as the crown jewel of the neighborhood. With interiors by Tiffany Howell of Night Palm, drama and wonder were found at every turn.
2. THE ART HOUSE
On a flat, private lot sat this artfully updated and fully restored 4 bed 5 bath Buff & Hensman mid-century masterpiece brimming with resort-like vibes and out of this world amenities. Designed by Studio Creed, on one of the best streets in the hills, and with too-many-to-mention bespoke details throughout, this house was unlike any other and a true work of art.
3. LUCERNE
Set on a prime, tree-lined street in Windsor Square, this design-driven home was loaded with original details - from the double-height living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, to the white-painted wood floors and exposed beamed ceilings. This oasis felt like a European vacation right in the middle of Los Angeles.
4. GENESEE
Spectacular design and style reigned in this 1920’s Traditional with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths plus a guest house on a tree-lined block in historic Spaulding Square. With its warm and thoughtful design, this house checked every single box on the “dream home” checklist.
5. Deronda
Unparalleled, expansive views from downtown to the ocean were on full display in this perfectly sited, meticulously restored, 1927 Mediterranean that sits beneath the iconic Hollywood sign. With architectural integrity and bespoke period-influences throughout, this Hollywood Hills stunner was truly one-of-a-kind.
6. Valley oak
In the heart of the coveted Los Feliz Oaks, this pristine 1965 mid-century modern post and beam exuded tranquility and privacy. We couldn’t get enough of the timeless, organic architecture: wood beam ceilings, an open floor plan, and completely surrounded by nature - what’s not to love?
7. Windsor Square
Impeccably restored and positioned on one of the most desired blocks in the neighborhood, this Windsor Square gem was updated with the utmost attention to modern living. We fell in love with the seamless flow from one perfectly-proportioned living space to the next, each designed with style and sophistication.
8. MANDEVILLE CANYON
Recently featured in AD, this updated 1959 post-and-beam was the ultimate creative retreat in leafy Mandeville Canyon. Originally designed by surfer-turned-architect Matt Kivlin, and thoughtfully updated for today’s living by designer Claire Thomas, this special treehouse is one we won’t forget!

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at 8:00am on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday, December 29, 2023 (the "Contest Period"). Winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, vote for your favorite house and enter your info and email. Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. You may submit additional entries through the Instagram platform.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be determined by random drawing and will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Jenna Cooper | LA, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Jenna Cooper | LA may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
Prizes/Odds of Winning Prize: One (1) +COOP Gift Cards worth $500. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $500. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Contest Period.No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.
